Originally designed by Alexander Girard in 1971 to brighten up office environments, he designed a vast array of Environment Enrichment Panels to bring warmth and emotion to the space. He used many themes to construct new and interesting patterns, as was typical of his style, which adorned many office places and even personal spaces and drew heavily upon his love of folk-art for inspiration.
The Panel is in fantastic vintage condition after being lovingly looked after. The clover has retained its vibrant colour.
The stitched signature indicates the Enrichment Panel is one of the earliest versions of these amazing pieces.
The metal bars through the top and bottom of the panel have small holes through them to make mounting to the wall secure.
